The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka, having considered the application for registration made under Section 14 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No.43 of 2000 (Act) by LOLC Insurance Company Limited, has granted registration as an Insurer to carry on Long Term and General Insurance Businesses with effect from 30th April 2010 in terms of the Act.
