The IBSL at its 81st meeting held on the 20th March 2009, has rejected the application of Vanik Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. seeking renewal of registration as an Insurance Broker under section 84(1) (e) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No 43 of 2000.
