The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka, having considered the application for registration made under Section 14 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No.43 of 2000 by Continental Insurance Lanka Ltd., has granted registration as an Insurer to carry on General Insurance Business with effect from 18th December 2009.
