The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka (IBSL), having considered the corrective measures taken by Colombo Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. to comply with Section 86 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No. 43 of 2000, has removed the suspension of registration imposed on Colombo Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. with effect from 4.30 pm of 13th January 2009.
