The Insurance Board of Sri Lanka (IBSL), having considered the corrective measures taken by Vertec Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. to comply with Section 86 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No. 43 of 2000, has removed the suspension of registration imposed on Vertec Insurance Brokers (Pvt) Ltd. with effect from 4.30 pm of 01st August 2008.
