The insurance companies are required to submit their Audited Annual Financial Statements on or before 30th June, for the year ending 31st December of the previous year as required in terms of Determination 05 of 2002 made under section 47 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No. 43 of 2000.

The following companies submitted their Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st December 2010, as indicated below:
