Compliance with Regulatory Reporting > Non submission of Audited Financial Statements

Submission of Audited Financial Statements by the Insurance Broking Companies for the financial year ended 31st March 2008/31st December 2008.

As per the Section 86 (2) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No: 43 of 2000 every insurance broker is required to submit the Audited Financial Statements to the Board within six months of the expiry of the accounting period.
