The IBSL at its 68th meeting held on the 31st January 2008, has decided to reject the application of Kalutota Assurance Company Ltd. seeking registration as an Insurer.

The above decision of the Board has been communicated to Kalutota Assurance Company Ltd. by letter dated 29th February 2008.
