The IBSL at its 68th meeting held on the 31st January 2008, has rejected the application of Mark Lloyd and Company (Pvt.) Ltd. seeking renewal of registration as an Insuarance Broker. The above decision of the Board has been communicated to Mark Lloyd and Company (Pvt.) Ltd by letter dated 26th February 2008.

Refusal to renew registration of Mark Lloyd and Company (Pvt.) Ltd. is under section 84(1)(e) of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act, No 43 of 2000.
