- The Insurance Companies are required to submit the Quarterly Returns for the each quarter ended, by the deadline of forty-five days from the end of the respective quarter.
- The insurance Companies are required to submit their Annual Statutory Returns (Annual Returns & Life Insurance Actuarial Abstracts) on or before 30th June, for the year ending 31st December of the previous year as required in terms of Determination 05 & 06 of 2002, made under section 47 & 48 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No. 43 of 2000.
- As per the Gazette Notification No. 1412/30 of 29th September 2005, the Insurance Broking Companies are required to submit the Quarterly Returns for each quarter, which are due within forty-five days subsequent to the end of the quarter.
