ANNUAL STATUTORY RETURNS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31ST DECEMBER 2007

The insurance Companies are required to submit their Annual Statutory Returns (Annual Returns & Life Insurance Actuarial Abstracts) on or before 30th June, for the year ending 31st December of the previous year as required in terms of Determination 05 & 06 of 2002, made under section 47 & 48 of the Regulation of Insurance Industry Act No. 43 of 2000.
